Instructions:

Some of these presets are distributed as installers, which will install directly to the desired location.

Others are simply stuffit or .hqx files. In this case, unstuff the file, then move the preset folder into the SFX Machine Presets folder inside the Preference folder inside the System folder of your boot drive.
